SOURCING & DESIGN
Our team will work with you on all aspects of your creative vision: sourcing materials from our extensive wholesaler network, custom labels, tags, packaging, including certified sustainable materials. Our dedicated project manager will oversee your development project so that any questions you have are answered. In our own design studio, you can get assistance with CAD drawings and all technical aspects of the design process. Alternatively, you can choose from our sample room to incorporate our existing designs into your company’s identity.
DEVELOPMENT
From prototype to gold seal sample, you are in good hands with our skilled pattern makers. Once the sample has been fitted by you or your professionals, we will make any necessary adjustments in order to ensure a perfect fit. We will work with you to refine the product and ensure that the specs sheet and tech pack are accurate and comprehensive.
PRE-PRODUCTION
The grading and marking process is carried out by our makers before bulk production takes place. Grading allows you to ensure that the product fits all your different shapes and sizes while marking is key to maximising fabric efficiency and minimising waste.
Our merchandising team will finalise all cost details and manufacturing dates with you if any changes occur from the previous stages. As part of the production merchandising process, all raw materials will be coordinated to ensure everything is ready.
BULK PRODUCTON
High-quality garments can be produced in both large and small batches at our facility. As part of our quality control process, our team of experienced professionals will ensure that we focus on and adhere to your requirements. There will be a variation in the production lead time depending on the order quantity and details of the products. However, we work in a timely manner and can meet your needs within a specified timeframe. Whatever the size of your order, we are committed to delivering it on time and to your satisfaction.
